1. Return Eligibility

  • The item must be unused, in the original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • The item must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Ship the Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided with your Return Authorization Number.

Please Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above, then place a new order for the desired item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a prepaid return label and a full refund or replacement for the damaged/defective item.

6. Late Returns

Returns made outside of the 30-day return window will not be accepted.

7. International Returns

For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.
